We are seeking a Head Cook/Kitchen Manager to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant’s brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day culinary operations.
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders.
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
• Assist in the development of menu items.
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations.
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields.
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems.
• Passion for food and cooking techniques.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pro Shop Opening TOMORROW!

Spring is in the air (even though it might not quite look like it yet outside!), and that means the Pro Shop is ready to receive guests on weekdays starting tomorrow, March 15th! Whether you want to purchase your 2022 Season Pass (Pass configurations are available HERE), get the latest updates on the course opening timeline, or just chat with new Golf Pro Mitchell Byrd, stop in! We anticipate Pro Shop hours being roughly 9am to 4pm until we get closer to the course opening.

We’ve got a new grip order in stock, so if anybody’s looking to re-grip before the season starts, this is the time! And if there’s a certain grip that you know you want that that we don’t have in stock, now would be a great moment to place an order to ensure they arrive in a timely fashion before the season. Along that same line, if you’re getting ready to suit-up with new equipment and/or apparel for 2022, HGC’s Pro Shop can be your destination! With a wide selection of equipment and apparel arriving in the coming weeks, and accounts with all major companies, we can customize orders to fit any of your needs for new clubs, shoes, shirts, balls, or just about anything a golfer could require! If currently residing out of town, orders can be drop shipped directly to your house.

Also, Men’s 9-Hole League sign-up commences at 9am tomorrow, March 15th.
